鈥淚 was intimidated when I started the program,鈥 says Bailey Moore, a student in the Hospitality Management program. 鈥淚 didn鈥檛 know anyone attending Camosun and I wasn鈥檛 sure what the courses and workload would be like.鈥 Fortunately, Bailey found a welcoming and supportive community at Camosun. 鈥淓veryone in the program was very welcoming. I鈥檝e made great friends who鈥檝e really made the college experience richer,鈥 says Bailey. 鈥淭he instructors take a genuine interest in your success and I learned quickly that if I had any issues I could reach out to them.鈥

She decided on the Hospitality Management program because she loves working with people and has come to discover the advantages of the program. 鈥淚t鈥檚 shown me how valuable the program is for anyone working in the hospitality industry and I鈥檝e made important connections,鈥 says Bailey. 聽When asked about her future plans, Bailey says, 鈥淚 would love to combine my love of travel and passion for the hospitality industry by spending time working abroad.鈥
